Solle Naturals, LLC

U.S. Internet Privacy Policy

Updated December 5, 2022

Solle Naturals, LLC (“Solle Naturals”) has great concern about your privacy and the protection of your personal information. This privacy policy describes how Solle Naturals (“we,” “us,” and “our”) uses and protects your information collected through our websites, mobile applications, and other forms of electronic communications (collectively the “Sites”).

Gathered Information

Solle Naturals obtains certain personal information through the Sites in connection with the products and services we provide. The types of personal information we obtain include:

  • Contact information, such as name, phone and fax number, email and postal address.

  • Information used to create your account to access the Sites, such as birth date, photo, preferred language, User ID, Mentor ID, online password, and, if you are a Specialist, Social Security number (or equivalent) or Tax ID number.

  • Payment information, such as name, billing address and payment card details, including card number, expiration date and security code, which is collected and stored by our third-party payment processor on our behalf.

  • Other personal information contained in content you submit to us, such as through the “Contact Us” feature, public forums or customer support tools on the Sites.

After you have entered your details in the Sites, Solle Naturals creates a user account for you and provides you access to a backoffice. We use your information to facilitate, alter, and form the contractual relationship between you and Solle Naturals for billing and related services.

When you interact with the Sites, we obtain certain information by automated means, such as cookies, web server logs, web beacons and other technologies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device that tell websites who you are and identify the visitor’s web browser or store information or settings in the browser. A “web beacon,” also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag or clear GIF, links web pages to web servers and their cookies and may be used to transmit information collected through cookies back to a web server.

We may use automated technologies like Google Analytics to collect information about your equipment, browsing actions and usage patterns. The information we obtain in this manner may include your device IP address, other identifiers associated with your devices, web browser characteristics, device characteristics, language preferences, referring/exit pages, clickstream data, and dates and times of Site visits. These technologies help us (1) remember your information so you will not have to re-enter it; (2) track and understand how you use and interact with our products, services and Sites; (3) tailor our products, services and Sites around your preferences; (4) measure the usability of our products, services and Sites and the effectiveness of our communications; and (5) otherwise manage and enhance our products, services and Sites.

Through the settings on your browser, you can elect to disable, limit or delete cookies. However, many of the basic functions needed to create an order on our sites would not work without cookies, like adding items to your cart to check out or storing your language preferences. For this reason, we recommend that you keep cookies activated. Some browsers have a “do not track” or “incognito” feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. Solle Naturals does not respond to browser “do not track” or “incognito” features.

Information Protection

Solle Naturals maintains administrative, technical and security safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, disclosure, alteration or use. Our service providers and affiliates are contractually obligated to protect the confidentiality of your personal information and may not use the data for purposes not authorized by us. No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure even with these measures in place. Please do your part in protecting your personal information by keeping your password safe and confidential regularly scanning your computer for viruses, malware, and spyware, and by logging out of your account after using a shared computer.

Children’s Personal Information

Solle Naturals does not knowingly collect or solicit to children under the age of 13. The Sites are designed for a general audience and are not directed to children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe that a child under age 13 may have provided us with personal information, please contact us at customersupport@sollenaturals.com.

We may however disclose personally identifiable information to our affiliates, external service providers, and other third-party processors to perform data processing services on our behalf. In doing so, we adhere to applicable national and international data protection regulations. We may also need to disclose personal information to a third party as required by law or to provide and manage our products and services.

Social Media Links

Solle Naturals Sites may contain links to other websites that are not controlled nor operated by us. When you click on a link to a third-party site, you will be then directed to their site. Since we do not have control over these sites, we cannot protect your personal data, and we strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.

Data Retention

We delete your personal information when it is no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected for and when there are no applicable contractual or statutory retention periods. Currently, this is no longer than 10 years.
