Refund Policy

Return Refund Policy

At Solle Naturals™, we stand behind our products with a money-back guarantee. We are confident that you and those you care about will have a positive experience when using Solle Naturals™ products.

If a situation does arise where a return is necessary, Solle offers an extremely generous return policy. Subject to any special restrictions disclosed by Solle Naturals at the time the products are purchased, the purchaser shall be entitled to return all unopened Solle Naturals products within 60 days of the applicable order date. Solle Naturals will also accept returns on opened products within 45 days of purchase. Upon such timely return, the purchaser will be eligible to receive up to a 100% refund of the original net cost (not including shipping). A 5% processing fee of net cost will be applied. However, if you choose to receive your refund in SolleRewards (store credit), this processing fee will be waived. These SolleRewards may only be applied to the account initiating the return and will expire in 90 days.

Any orders cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order will be refunded at 100% of the purchase price (including any enrollment fees that may apply). Refunds can take up to 14 business days to process.

Please note that for matters of security our Customer Support team will only communicate directly with the account owner in regards to any returns or refunds initiated for the account.

Missing or Damaged Items/Packages Policy

At Solle Naturals, we pride ourselves on quality in each step of our product’s journey. Each package is carefully packed, compared to the packing slip to double check, and then weighed as a triple check to make sure nothing was left out before being shipped to you! However, in the rare event that something arrives damaged or is missing, our Customer Support department will do their best to work with you to solve the issue.

Each Solle Naturals package comes with a packing slip. This packing slip indicates which products will be included in your order, as well as the correct quantity of each product. When you open your package, always make sure to revise this list and compare it with the products you received. If any products are missing or arrive damaged, it is your responsibility to report this to Solle’s Customer Support department within 3 days of the arrival date of your package. In such cases, Solle Naturals maintains the right to investigate the claim and respond accordingly.

In the case of missing packages, the customer will be required to report the package as missing to Solle’s Customer Support department, as well as directly with the appropriate mail carrier within a week of its scheduled arrival date. The customer will be required to file a claim with the carrier and share the claim number with our Customer Support team. The customer may be entitled to a replacement, depending on the results of the mail carrier and Customer Support investigations. If a replacement package is sent, a different address will be required, as well as signature confirmation upon delivery. Packages that have been signed for cannot be replaced.
